Nadia has extensive experience with Swedish massage, therapeutic/deep tissue flushing techniques, heat/cold therapy and pre-natal massage. She graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage in 2007 and prides herself on addressing each individual’s treatment goals. She loves educating clients on massage self-care (diet, exercise, stretching) and ergonomics for at home/workplace in the prevention of further injury. Back in 2007, Nadia had the opportunity to travel to Coventry, England to Tiny Tim’s Children Centre, a centre providing free therapy to children with disabilities. She completed her massage practicum at the centre finding it humbling to be surrounded by children who never stopped smiling even whilst they overcame great challenges. More recently I have added Myofascial Cupping to my toolkit and have begun taking courses towards RAPID NFR, completing upper body thus far.

Through my personal life and years of practice, I have seen how physical and mental stressors can cause ailments throughout the body and manifest themselves differently in each person. Sean has returned to Winnipeg after living in Nova Scotia for several years. Sean successfully achieved a bachelors degree in Science at the University of Winnipeg and a specialized advanced degree in Ocean Biology at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. Sean received his Massage Therapy education at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, NS and graduated Valedictorian of his class in 2011 Sean then became a teacher for ICT Northumberland College and continued to practice Massage Therapy, eventually owning and operating his own Holistic Wellness Clinic in Nova Scotia.
